Want every call to your T-Mobile number to go straight to your Echo Route AI receptionist? Here's how:
- Open your phone's dialerThis is the screen where you normally make calls.
- Dial **21* followed by your Echo Route number, then #Enter the 10-digit Echo Route phone number and end with #.
- Press the call buttonWait for a confirmation tone or message.
- Hang up — you're all set!All calls will now go to Echo Route.

How to Forward Only Missed Calls
Conditional call forwarding lets you choose when calls get forwarded — only when you don't answer, when your phone is busy, or when you're unreachable.
T-Mobile offers three types of conditional forwarding: No answer, busy, and unreachable. You can set up each one separately or all at once.
Forward when you don't answer:

Forward when your line is busy:

Forward when you're unreachable:
**62*[Echo Route Number]#
For each code, dial it followed by your 10-digit Echo Route number and #, then press call.
How to Turn Off Call Forwarding

T-Mobile doesn't charge to activate or use call forwarding within the U.S., but forwarded calls to international numbers may incur charges.
Will my phone still ring when call forwarding is enabled?
If you enable "forward all calls" (**21*), your phone won't ring. With conditional forwarding, your phone rings first, and only forwards in specific situations.
Can I forward text messages too?
No, T-Mobile's call forwarding only works for voice calls. For texts, you may need to use a third-party app.
Can I set up call forwarding from my T-Mobile account online?
Currently, T-Mobile requires that call forwarding be set up from your phone using dial codes or phone settings. You can't set it up from the website or app.
What's the difference between the forwarding types?
